I’m playing at Goodbye Blue Monday in Brooklyn on Monday, January 13th at 7:45. I’m playing a lot of brand new material and this will be my first ever performance using a loop pedal. Also, it’s going to be funky.
This a reinterpretation of the Woody Guthrie song that I recorded for the American Masters This Land Is Your Land Project. I’m singing a new melody over a prerecorded track, consisting of the original melody played in two different keys simultaneously, and then reharmonized with new chords.
